Andrea was born and raised in Brownsville, TX. She currently attends the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Physical Therapy. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Andrea plans to attend a Doctor of Physical Therapy program. While working toward her bachelor’s degree, she aims to gain experience in various physical therapy settings to further develop her skills and understanding of the field.

Andrea’s interest in physical therapy comes from her love of sports and a broken ankle, which introduced her to the rehabilitation process and inspired her to pursue a career helping others recover, regain strength, and improve their quality of life. Andrea enjoys to spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and exploring nature.
